About the Role

The Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of life cycle management for the product and features they own. This includes understanding market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field. This role is responsible for managing the strategic product roadmap, increasing usage of existing solutions, developing new features, and driving execution from idea to launch. This leader will work cross-functionally across engineering, customer success, sales & marketing to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are driven through the organization. The PM must be highly creative and comfortable working with a wide degree of independence and latitude and need to be highly effective at relationship building and maintenance.

What you will do

• Working backwards from the end user experience, you will lead the product development process for new features and functionality (from concept through implementation). 
• You will lead user interviews, conduct and synthesize market and competitor research, and translate insights into a prioritized list of actions. 
• You will drive usage of the existing product by defining the way new users get onboarded, regularly engaging with existing customers, and enabling new use cases. 
• In collaboration with members of the product team, you will define, build, and release new features that align with the overall company strategy and priorities.
• You will own and drive relevant business goals and key performance indicators (KPI) 
• You will contribute strategic thinking to quarterly and annual roadmap planning.

Ideal Candidate Competencies

• At least 2+ years of industry experience 
• Strong program management skills; able to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
• Efficient teamwork skills focusing on effective team and client relationships
• Experience in quantitative analysis; able to deep dive into the numbers and provide informative recommendations
• Intellectual curiosity and drive to build innovative product solutions
• Comfortable collaborating and crafting presentations at all levels internally and externally in an organization
