We are looking for a passionate, resilient Director of Demand Generation (B2B) to help drive Yogi’s awareness, reach, and thought leadership.

You will play a HUGE role in helping us build out our marketing channels, content strategy, sales qualified leads pipeline, and more as we continue to grow our customer base.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own development and execution of marketing plans that are grounded in driving new sales qualified opportunities.
  • Build out an account-based marketing playbook, incorporating both strategic and programmatic tactics to bring our named accounts into the funnel.
  • Manage and execute search engine marketing (SEM) and programmatic account-based marketing campaigns with a laser focus on driving conversion as your north star.
  • Manage and grow any relationships with external performance marketing agencies.
  • Conduct A/B tests across channels and on our web properties to shift us towards an always learning and optimizing way of working.
  • Create landing pages, emails, social copy, and more for search, social, and programmatic campaigns.

Customer Success & Operations

What You’ll Do

You will be one of the core members of our mission-critical Customer Success Team that utilizes a combination of creativity, project-management software, and Yogi’s in-house tools to ensure that both our internal teams and clients are enabled for success.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be involved in every part of our customer’s journey. You will be tasked with taking our customers from contract signing to becoming lifelong fans of Yogi.

Our dream candidate is an enthusiastic team player that is user-obsessed and enjoys working cross-functionally to provide the best experience possible for our customers. You will be using your comprehension of consumer goods and our best-in-class AI models to enable our customers to understand consumer preferences in seconds.

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Translate customer needs into project requirements, and handle multiple projects to completion on-time
  • Confidently support our Insights, Customer Success, and Sales teams in handling the creation, management and maintenance of Yogi project dashboards
  • Handle not-yet-automated daily operational tasks with an eye on future engineering opportunities

Requirements

  • You have 2-5 years of experience as a CSM

You will be one of the core members of our mission-critical Insights Team that utilizes Yogi’s own customer feedback analytics platform to find insights on behalf of our clients and present it to them. Your core competency will be “data interpretation and storytelling” – blending your comprehension of large datasets, our clients’ product categories and analysis via best-in-class data visualization tools to discover insights, form narratives, make recommendations and write cogent, incisive reports. As a member of our team, you will:

  • Use the combination of the Yogi app, BI tools like Tableau and Excel to find insights (trends, outliers) and answer research questions posed by our clients and…
  • Use tools like PowerPoint, Tableau, Word, Excel, to create compelling charts, graphs and presentations/ reports
  • Rapidly learn about diverse industries, brands and products and become an expert in the trends and issues that characterize them
  • Support Yogi’s sales team by creating eye-catching, insightful marketing collateral about diverse industries
  • Quantify the impact of recommendations and insights and create cogent summaries / abstracts
  • Present your findings to Fortune 500 and SME clients including brand teams, marketing teams, eCommerce team and even C-Suite
  • Report on key professional services metrics and work on improving speed-to-insights and efficiency of writing reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, data science, marketing, statistics or related field (highly qualified entry level position)
  • Experience in market / brand research and quant-driven analysis
  • Highly effective written and verbal communicator with sharp attention to details. Your work output is client-ready (e.g. citations are noted, calculations are accurate, bullets are proofread and any assumptions are logical and defensible)
  • Creative, out-of-box thinker who can effectively and collaboratively brainstorm on insights with team members – able to bring your own ideas to the team, willing to challenge those of other team members, and open to being challenged in turn
  • Excel at rapidly learning about new industries and markets with self-directed research
